Holland America Line's commitment to serving the highest quality sustainable seafood will be featured in an episode of the award-winning Bravo series "Top Chef."

The episode airs on June 12, 2024, at 9 p.m. Eastern time. It was filmed aboard the cruise line's Eurodam ship in the Caribbean, and it's the first time the show's season finale was produced on a cruise ship.

The penultimate episode will showcase Holland America's Global Fresh Fish Program during the final elimination challenge. The four remaining chef contestants will receive a surprise visit from the cruise line's fresh fish ambassador, Chef Masaharu Morimoto, before prepping an eight-course fish tasting menu for the judges.

"We are highly focused on providing our guests with exceptional culinary experiences, and teaming up with Bravo's 'Top Chef' is an incredible opportunity to not only bring attention to our Global Fresh Fish Program, but to give [viewers] a glimpse into cruising," said Gus Antorcha, president of Holland America Line.

The winner of the fish-focused challenge will receive a $10,000 cash prize and a 10-day cruise anywhere Holland America sails.

"For two decades, Bravo's 'Top Chef' has united fans over a love for food, travel and culture," said Jamie Cutburth, EVP of creative partnerships at NBCUniversal. "This incredible collaboration with Holland America Line will deliver a unique opportunity for fans to see the final four 'cheftestants' get a taste of vacation and fresh fish."

The Global Fresh Fish Program ensures Holland America can source and serve over 80 varieties of fresh fish from port to plate within 48 hours on all ships. The line recently became the first global cruise company certified by the Marine Stewardship Council and Aquaculture Stewardship Council for sustainable seafood sourcing.
