TownePlace Suites by Marriott


Towneplace Suites was launched in 1997 and represented Marriott International's initial answer to the extended-stay sector. The brand extension offers midpriced, extended-stay accommodations in the U.S.

Guest rooms are significantly larger than average hotel rooms and feature separate living and sleeping areas, as well as a fully furnished kitchen. Multiple room layouts are available and include Studio, One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom. Other common amenities include outdoor swimming pools, fitness rooms, separate phone and data lines, high-speed Internet access and cable TV.

Stocked, 24-hour convenience item displays, labeled "In A Pinch," are being rolled out chainwide and can be found in TownePlace lobbies.

As a member of the Marriott family, all Towneplace Suites are part of the Marriott Rewards Program that allows members to earn points toward free stays and other prizes.
