As part of its ongoing effort to support the travel advisor community, TTC Tour Brands, part of The Travel Corporation (TTC), has developed a fresh e-learning series designed for both veteran agents and those new to the field. An overhaul of the company’s previous training modules, the “TTC Tour Brands Masterclass” gives users an overview of the entire TTC portfolio, which includes the Trafalgar, Contiki and Insight Vacations brands.

We hope these courses will be the ‘cheat sheet in your back pocket,’ with insider tips and tricks that perfectly suit your clientele.

The series consists of seven courses. After beginning with an overview of the sales division of TTC, courses focus on six tour brands and provide key details and information to help advisors better understand the brands and match them to clients. Users must begin with the first module, but from there can choose the ones that best suit their work and clientele. Advisors who complete the series will be eligible for perks via the TTC Tour Brands’ advisor discount program and familiarization trip series.

“Travel advisors are the cornerstone of our company, and we want to make sure we continue to provide them with the right tools for success,” said Melissa DaSilva, president of TTC Tour Brands, North America. “This new masterclass is the perfect opportunity for both new and veteran advisors to prepare ahead of the 2024 travel season with meaningful courses that not only give a better understanding of our portfolio of award-winning brands, but also provide insight into the elements and innerworkings that bring these experiences to life. We hope these courses will be the ‘cheat sheet in your back pocket,’ with insider tips and tricks that perfectly suit your clientele.”
